In high school, Armand was a captain and a 4-year Letterman. He was 3X All-Conference, 2X All-State and was selected as the Defensive POY his senior year and was selected to play in the prestigious Big 33 Football Classic. Armand is in his senior year at Youngstown State University as a 4-year starter. His freshman year he was selected to the Missouri Valley Conference Newcomer All-Freshman Team as well as All Conference his sophomore and junior seasons as well as 2017 Academic All-American.
