Michael entered St. X as a Xavier Scholar and has maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA during his time in the Advanced Placement curriculum. A four-year member of the Tiger football program, Michael is Treasurer of both the Student Activities Council and Ryken Service Club, a member of the National Honor Society, and was recently recognized as a Commended Student by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. During the summer of 2014 he was chosen to participate in Kentucky’s Governor’s Scholar Program, a five-week program for students who demonstrate excellence in academics, a commitment to leadership and extracurricular activities, as well as a dedication to community service.
