Although Steve did not get a chance to participate in this Rivalry game , he did take the WPIAL By storm his junior and senior seasons where his average length of touchdowns was over 40 yards. After high school Steve went on to play at the University of Michigan where he set the Big Ten record for return yards in a season. He also held the record at the Rose Bowl for the most all-purpose yards in one game. The Arizona Cardinals in the 5th round of the 2007 NFL Draft drafted Steven. Steve went on to play in Super Bowl 43 against his hometown Steelers, catching 6 passes for 71 yards in that game. Steve retired in 2014 after 7 seasons and is now an assistant coach for his Alma Mate
