Coach Davis Played at Spencer High School from 1958-61 under legendary coach Odis Spencer, he earned a 4-year football scholarship to Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO. he signed a pro football contract as a free agent with the Minnesota Vikings. Coach Davis coached 28 times in the Heritage Bowl as the head coach at Carver winning 20 times.
