This 87 year-old rivalry game began in 1924. The series has favored the Caravan from Mount Carmel as they lead the series 57-27-2; but this year it was not to be. The home school of Donavan McNabb did not have the muscle to fight off the powerful surge of St. Rita Mustangs and their unstoppable running back, Jahwon Akui.
Anthony Catizone is ranked third in his senior class at Mt. Carmel and has achieved high honors of distinction every tri-mester since his freshman year. Anthony will attend Illinois, Northwestern, or Marquette. He is pictured with his parents John and Nancy.
