Welcome to Rio Rancho Stadium, where the Rio Rancho Rams will host the traveling, Cleveland Storm. In a rivalry that began in 2009, this New Mexico matchup is one of over 100 featured games in the 23rd season of the Great American Rivalry Series.

Currently, Cleveland is in control of the series with a commanding 16-4 record over Rio Rancho. However, both programs have helped establish one of New Mexico’s premier high school football rivalries, competing annually for “The City Trophy.” Last season, the Storm continued their dominance with a 49-14 victory, extending their winning streak in the rivalry to 12 consecutive games while capturing the District 1-6A championship.

Mark your calendar for October 30th, as thousands of fans will be on the edge of their seats for another exciting battle for “The City Trophy.”
