The Pueblo Central vs Pueblo Centennial game is the oldest high school football rivalry west of the Mississippi River. WIth a rivalry dating all the way back to 1892, this will be over the hundredth time these two schools have gone head to head for bragging rights. It is a game that regularly draws a crowd of 15,000 fans to Dutch-Clark Stadium. Both teams go in ready to fight it out on the field in front of the roaring fans.

Austin is a senior with a 4.2 GPA. He has participated in football for all four years and is a three year letterman. In addition to football, he has also participated in track for two years at the varsity level. Austin is a member of the National Honor Society, Newman Club, Italian Club, and Student Council. He is joined by his mother Andrea Bravo and his father James Allenback.
Tyler Aragon

Pueblo Centennial High School

Tyler is a senior with a 3.1 GPA. He is a three year letterman playing offensive tackle and defensive end. In addition to being a member of the football team, Tyler is also a three year letterman in wrestling. He enjoys playing paintball in his free time, and weightlifting at Centennial. He is joined by his mother Michelle Barredo and his father Johnny Aragon.

GAME SUMMARY

Central began this game off strong with an interception early in the first quarter. Central keeps the momentum, scoops and scores on the fumble by Centennial, and accumulates a 15 point lead by the end of the second. By the end of the third quarter, Centennial has yet to put a number on their side of the board. Despite a continuous and valiant effort from Centennial, they could make a successful TD play, and the game ends with a final score of 23-0 Central.
