The 2025 edition of the Penn Hills vs North Hills game was hard fought. North Hills came into the game with something to fight for, as they needed this win to be able to make the postseason. Penn Hills wanted to ruin their rival’s playoff hopes. Penn Hills started the game off with a bang, as they took the opening kickoff back 90 yards for a touchdown. After that, it was all North Hills. Their defense did not allow a single point throughout the rest of the game. The North Hills offense came to life in the first half, as GARS MVP Quarterback Austin Ellis led North Hills to three scoring drives in the first half on the ground and through the air. A mostly defensive second half kept the score at 17-6, as North Hills never gave up the lead once they took control. A North Hills interception with just under 2 minutes sealed the deal, as the Indians were able to kneel out the clock, and remain victorious over their rival.
