Sachem North & the Patchogue-Medford Raiders, an exciting state of New York high school football rivalry will play against each other once again on October 14th, 2022. Sachem North in the 2021 season beat the Raiders 27-0. With a back-and-forth win/loss against the Raiders, one could just guess the team that lost last year will win again, but each team has been progressing in skill which will surely be exciting to see who comes out on top this Fall.
