GAME SUMMARY

The game was jam packed with big plays and intense moments. Unfortunately for Tucker, most big plays came from the Marist offense. Marist's running attack was unstoppable. They rushed for 376 yards, including 317 yards of total offense. While Tucker respectively rushed for 228 yards, it just was not enough. Tucker had little success running ball and just could not shut down Marist. After the Marine's Hall of Fame presentation Tucker, known as "Running Back University", became more energetic in the third quarter but, it was too little too late. Marist's Sam McNearney, game MVP, could not be shut down and Marist went on to win the game 32-7. The crowd loved the Marine's presence. The Chin up Challenge was a huge success with a constant crowd surrounding the Marine's booth. The Marines were graciously thanked for their involvement as they awarded the MVP and handed over the Championship Trophy
