GAME SUMMARY

With a slow start for both teams' offenses and dominant defense from both, neither team found the endzone in the first quarter. Jesuit's defense, however, found a way to help their offense in the 2nd quarter when Junior defensive back Alex Dewar returned an interception for a touchdown to give the Marauders a 7-0 lead over the Falcons from Christian Brothers going into halftime. Both teams' defenses continued their dominance in the 2nd half and Dewar's pick six would give him the MVP award and Jesuit the hard fought victory in this storied Rivalry as the Marauders beat the Falcons 7-0.
