The 2012 installment of the “Battle of the Boro” in Hillsboro, Oregon had the Glenco Crimson Tide rolling early and often in a dominating performance over their crosstown rivals, the Hillsboro Spartans, by a final score of 50-7. Optimism abounded in fall 2013 as the Spartans new head coach. Adam Reese, had his team focused and entered the game with a 2-2 record. The record is noteworthy as the two (2) victories during the 2013 season were two (2) more victories than the Spartans enjoyed during the combined 2011 and the 2012 seasons.
