128-year-old high school football rivalry continues this Fall. Historically playing twice a year almost annually, Fitchburg and Leominster fuel their rivalry once more. This rivalry is one of the most well-known high school football rivalries in the country. It once had Sports Illustrated write about the historic rivalry and exciting games. Last season, Fitchburg lost to Leominster 32-0, but played them again and beat Leominster 27-12. It’s time again to see who will come out on top this Fall, this game will surely have the crowd thrilled.
