With only 4 miles separating these two schools, this crosstown rivalry is fierce. The Hamilton Southeastern Royals and Fishers Tigers rivalry dates back to 2006, where they have played every year, including eight meetings in the playoffs. Since the beginning, the series has been completely back and forth, with no team ever winning more than 4 games in a row. Hamilton Southeastern leads the head-to-head matchups 13-11 after beating Fishers in both the regular season and the first round of the playoffs last year by a combined score of 76-13. This year’s game should be exhilarating, as the Royals are hoping to build off last year, while the Tigers wants to bounce back and work to even the series up again.
