A town that already is in the limelight for their football prestige, Boulder, Colorado brought us the game we all deserved. The Fairview Knights took on the Boulder Panthers for a show stopper that kept the crowd on their feet and cheering loudly. Out of the gate, the Knights didn’t come to play, putting up 4 touchdowns in the first half, one of those being a punt return that helped them sail into the end zone. The Panthers attempted to defend their territory with a pick six that shocked the crowd, but an interception by Fairview’s #1 Jordan Rechel caused the Knights to add to their touchdown total. A game of ups and downs ending with a victorious Fairview Knight’s home win, 49-7.
