Valley responded in the first quarter with an 8-yard pass from quarterback Nelson to wide receiver Looney; however, that would be the last time the Tigers of Valley would get on the scoreboard until late in the fourth quarter on another Nelson touchdown pass, this time a 4-yard pass to wide receiver Ellington.
