The Shamrocks of Catholic Central were undefeated and number one in the state, while the Brother Rice Warriors had a rough start to their season and came into this game 3-3. The first quarter ended with a tied score at 3-3, but the Warriors came back and scored a touchdown in the second to lead 10-3 at the half.
