The St. Peter’s Prep Marauders will play the Boston College High Eagles in a cross-state battle that is sure to make headlines. The game will take place at Rutgers University’s High Point Solutions Stadium on Saturday at 1:00PM. The Marauders defeated the Eagles in 2011 by a score of 35-19. The Eagles went on to win the MIAA state championship, while the Marauders made it to the semi-finals of the playoffs.

Brian is a 3-year letter winner. He is a defensive starter and punter/kicker for St. Peter’s nationally ranked team. He also has participated in the retreat program, community service and team leadership program. While being a part of all these activities Brian was able to maintain a 3.7 GPA.

John Barlett

Saint Peter's Prep

John was head football coach at BCHS for four years and won 2 state championships. He was instrumental in bringing the BCHS vs SPP rivalry game to life and helped make it an annual tradition. John was inducted into the BCHS hall of fame and also attended Colby college. Accepting on his behalf is Coach Jack Travers.
William Wilkes

Boston College High School

William graduated from St. Peters Prep in 1985. He then went on to play with the Rutgers from 1986-1991 as defensive back. His son Khalil Wilkes also graduated from St. Peter’s Prep in 2009 and currently starts at Stanford as offensive guard. William returned to the St. Peter’s Prep to coach for 15 years

GAME SUMMARY

St. Peter's Prep within just a few plays drove the ball downfield for a touchdown. Boston College played very well in the first quarter, using a lot of running plays to get the ball downfield but couldn't make enough plays, and led St. Peter's Prep to 33-0 going into halftime. St. Peter's adds to their lead making the final score 56-0.
