DeSales

Tim is a two-year letterman on the varsity football team and a three-year letterman in Lacrosse. He is ranked 3rd in his class of 213 student and is also an alter server for school masses. He is a member of the National Honor Society, and the Math Club. He plans to go to college and pursue a degree in business or the medical field. He is escorted by his parents. Presenting the award is Marine Sgt Phillips.
Anthony Melaragno

Bishop Watterson

Anthony is a two-year letterman in football and a four-year letterman and two-year captain in Lacrosse. He is a member of the National Honor Society and was appointed by the faculty to the school’s Senior Leadership team. He is a charter member of Blink 180, a student group that works on student relationships.

Guido Ricevuto

DeSales

Coach Ricevuto has coached football in Ohio for nearly 50 years and has been part of the DeSales/Watterson rivalry for 21 of those years. Coach Guido was part of the first win over DeSales in 1968. His best memory of the rivalry was the shut-out of Watterson in 1982. He came back to coach DeSales in 2007 and remains on the staff today. He has helped the Stallions win three CCL championships, two regional Championships, and the state runner–up finish in 2009.

GAME SUMMARY

DeSales led the entire game, mostly on the running of RB and Ohio State recruit Warren Ball. Ball carried the ball 44 times for 195 yards. Watterson mounted a late drive, but DeSales put a one-possession game out of reach with a fourth quarter safety.
