Beaumont vs Banning is a historic high school football rivalry and is one of the oldest rivalries in California. With a rivalry beginning in 1934, each side has periods of dominance in their rivalry. The last time the Great American Rivalry Series was present, Beaumont beat Banning 59-0. This year the crowd will be roaring to see who takes home “The Wheel”, a plaque on an old trophy that is passed to whoever wins the game and the next, and bragging rights being the 2022 Great American Rivalry series winner for the Banning at Beaumont game.
