The Ankeny v. Ankeny Centennial rivalry began in 2013 with the split of the Ankeny Community School District into two separate districts. Both schools share a renovated stadium that holds 7,000 + fans. Even though these teams play on a neutral field, this rivalry is fierce. Ankeny Centennial currently leads the series at 5-1 but with such a young rivalry anything is possible.

Jayden Cooper
Ankeny Centennial High School
Jayden is a two-year varsity football letterman and also a member of the third place Ankeny Centennial State Wrestling Team. He was named to the 2018 District Championship Football Team. He plans on attending the University of Iowa to major in pharmacy.
Samuel Belding
Ankeny High School
Samuel is a two-year football team starter, and also a member of the track & field team. He participated in the Silver Cord community service program and is a three-year Academic Letter Award winner. He plans on attending college to study biomechanical engineering.
