Fort Hill vs. Allegany is a legendary rivalry at each school and is one of the oldest rivalries in the nation. The two teams have battled for the Iron Kettle since 1936. More than 10,000 fans will pack the stands to watch this legendary game. Fort Hill has dominated the rivalry in recent years, winning eleven straight, including a 56-21 victory in 2017 and a 38-0 victory last season. Allegany will look to curb the tide in this one, while Fort Hill hope to continue their momentum.

Daniel is a 4 year member of the football team, as well as, a 3 year member of the baseball team. He is a member of The National Honor Society, a member of RHO Khappa, and a Rotary Award winner. Daniel enjoys fishing and hunting. He plans to attend Allegany College and wants to become a state trooper.

Allegany High School

Robbie has been a member of the football team for four years as an offensive and defensive lineman. Robbie is active in his community and is a member of National Honor Society. Robbie plans on attending Frostburg State University and major in Mechanical Engineering.

GAME SUMMARY

This Rivalry game played out with Fort Hill in the lead throughout. Allegany worked hard to get on the board after the Half, scoring twice. Try as they might however, they couldn't manager to break through Fort Hill's defense to close in on the lead.
