Cade is a 4 year letterman on the Middletown Varsity Football Team and has been given the honor of a captain this season. He is currently a member of the National Honor Society and serves as the Communications Officer, a Best Buddies Officer, Boys State Legion Alumni and a Blue Gold Ambassador. Cade holds a 4.059 GPA and plans to study Pre-Med next year. He is accompanied by his mother, Maureen & sister, Riley.
