The recipient from Cony High School is senior captain Keenan Tisley, son of Kyle and Annette Tisley. Keenan is a 2-year varsity letterman in football and lacrosse and a 3-year member of the jazz band. He is also part of the Kennebec Performing Arts Company and was selected as a Boys State Delegate. Keenan is considering Old Dominion for his higher education and plans to major in Marine Biology
