Cotton was inducted into the National Honor Society in May of 2021. He is a part of the Mu Alpha Theta Math Honor Society as well. He passed three AP exams last May, which included Economics, English Language and Composition, and Seminar. Also, he is currently pursuing the AP Capstone degree, one of the most elite accomplishments offered in high school. He plays on the Hoover Varsity Football team and is very active in his church.
