Welcome to Ray Manus Stadium in Georgia, where 5,000 fans will pack the stands for one of the state’s most hard-hitting rivalries between the Roswell Hornets and the Milton Eagles. First played in 1950, this always competitive matchup has defined Friday nights in North Fulton County for over 70 years and will be featured in the 22nd season of the Great American Rivalry Series, celebrating over 100 of the nation’s greatest high school football rivalries.

Across 69 total meetings, Roswell holds a 38–30–1 series lead, but momentum has shifted in recent years—Milton has won the last six matchups, including last season’s 35–20 victory, after Roswell had previously won four of five. The rivalry also boasts impressive alumni, with Xavier McKinney (Packers) and Malik Willis (Packers) once starring for Roswell, and Peyton Barber (Buccaneers) representing Milton before his NFL career.

Circle October 31st on your calendar as these two proud programs face off once again on Halloween night. Will Roswell reclaim its past edge, or will Milton’s streak continue?
