Mount Carmel vs St. Rita

Welcome to Barda-Dowling Stadium, where the Mount Carmel Caravan will host the traveling St. Rita Mustangs. This Chicago rivalry began in 1924 and is one of over 100 featured games in the 22nd season of the Great American Rivalry Series.
The Caravan has controlled this series throughout its long history, leading 69–33–3. Last season, the Caravan extended their lead by winning both matchups against the Mustangs, including a 28–0 shutout victory. The Mustangs will look to turn the tide of the series and avenge last season’s losses by playing spoiler on the road.
Both teams have produced successful alumni, with former NFL quarterback Donovan McNabb (Eagles) attending Mount Carmel and NFL wide receiver Kenny Golladay (Giants) attending St. Rita.

Welcome to Randy Ledford Stadium, where the South View Tigers will host the Gray’s Creek Bears. This North Carolina rivalry is one of over 100 featured games in the 22nd season of the Great American Rivalry Series.
Since 2007, these two programs have faced off in 18 battles. Currently, the Tigers have controlled this matchup, leading the series 16-2. Last season, South View defeated the Bears 57-0 in a dominant shutout victory, marking their ninth straight win over Gray’s Creek. However, Gray’s Creek will be looking to shift the momentum of the series by upsetting South View on their home turf.

Welcome to Lobo Stadium, where the Marshall Mavericks will travel to face the Longview Lobos. In a rivalry that began in 1909, this historic matchup will be one of over 100 featured games in the 22nd season of the Great American Rivalry Series.
Longview has been in control of this series, leading 67-42-5 over the Mavericks. Last season’s matchup saw an impressive 42-7 victory for the Lobos, as they leaned on their rushing attack and scored three touchdowns on the ground. Although the Mavericks lost to the Lobos last season, they still had a great year, recording 10 wins. Notable alumni who have played in this series include All-Pro left tackle Trent Williams (49ers), a former Longview Lobo.

Harlingen vs Harlingen South

Welcome to Harlingen High School Football Stadium in Texas, where 12,500 fans will pack the stands for one of the Lone Star State’s most anticipated showdowns between the Harlingen Cardinals and the Harlingen South Hawks. First played in 1993, this crosstown rivalry has fueled school spirit and bragging rights for over three decades and will be featured in the 22nd season of the Great American Rivalry Series, spotlighting over 100 of the nation’s most iconic high school football matchups.
Across 32 total meetings, Harlingen holds a commanding 27–5 series lead, including last year’s narrow 29–24 victory. The Cardinals have dominated recent history, winning 16 of the last 17 matchups, with the Hawks pulling out a win back in 2021 in dramatic fashion.

Pickerington North vs Pickerington Central

Welcome to Panther Stadium, where the Pickerington North Panthers will host the traveling two-time state champion Pickerington Central Tigers. In a rivalry that began in 2003, this Ohio matchup is one of over 100 featured games in the 22nd season of the Great American Rivalry Series.
In their first 24 meetings, Pickerington Central has maintained a comfortable lead, winning 17 of those matchups. However, last season saw the Panthers play complementary football—scoring touchdowns through the air, on the ground, and on special teams—to propel them to a 35–14 victory. Pickerington Central is looking to avenge their two losses from last season by playing spoiler on the road.

This Washington state showdown has embodied the passion and pride of high school football since 1908 and will be featured as one of over 100 games in the 22nd season of the Great American Rivalry Series.
These two schools have faced off an incredible 115 times, making it the second-longest recorded rivalry in Washington state history. Auburn currently leads the series 59-50-6 and has dominated recent matchups, winning 19 of the last 21—including a decisive 44-13 victory last season.
At stake is the coveted Taylor Trophy, a symbol of bragging rights and gridiron glory. The atmosphere promises to be electric as generations of fans come together once again for this timeless battle.

Welcome to WHS Stadium, home of the Waterloo High School Bulldogs, as they host the Columbia Eagles in the “Route 3 Rivalry.” This storied matchup, set just south of St. Louis on the west side of Illinois, is known for its unforgettable moments and passionate fanbases. This faceoff will be featured in the 22nd season of the Great American Rivalry Series.
Since 2004, the Bulldogs and Eagles have faced off 20 times, with the series tied at 10 wins each. Waterloo took last year’s meeting on the road, 31-14 and now looks to claim a third straight win and take the all-time lead.
The rivalry goes beyond the gridiron, featuring community events like charity t-shirt sales and the beloved annual mascot race. The winner takes home the coveted “Route 3 Trophy,” named after the highway that separates the two schools by just 12 miles.

Welcome to The Mustang Corral, where the New Oxford Colonials will travel to face the South Western Mustangs. This matchup is one of over 100 featured games in the 22nd season of the Great American Rivalry Series.
Since 2004, the Mustangs have held the upper hand in the series, leading 12–6. However, last season, New Oxford was able to cut into their deficit with an impressive 48–20 victory in front of their home crowd. The 2024 battle showcased two high-octane offenses, including the Colonials’ incredible rushing attack, which totaled 291 yards and four touchdowns. The Mustangs will look to contain the Colonials’ ground game and avenge last season’s loss.
