Each year, the selection process for the Rivalry Series becomes increasingly competitive. If this is a first-time nomination, we strongly encourage you to enclose additional information on the history and tradition surrounding your game. 2023 Terms of Agreement

You are officially invited to become one of the Great American Rivalry Series games included in the 2023 nomination process! This invitation secures your game a position with the selection committee when they meet this spring to choose the 2023 Series participants.

The below agreement outlines in-person participation with the Great American Rivalry Series. Should in-person participation be prohibited at your game, you are agreeing to participate digitally.

For the 2023 Great American Rivalry Series, BrainBox, Inc. would provide you the following:
• Presentation of the Great American Rivalry Series Championship Trophy
• Presentation of the game’s Most Valuable Player Trophy
• Awarding of the Rivalry Series Student-Athlete Scholarship to qualifying seniors given to the senior football letterman on each team with the highest academic standing
• Public Address announcements highlighting your involvement in this national program
• Posters for display within the school during the two weeks prior to event
• Recognition on GreatAmericanRivalry.com website
• Donation to your Athletics program or designated fund

As a host school for the 2023 Rivalry Series, you would agree to provide the following:
• Public Address announcements to promote the Great American Rivalry Series and the scholarship program
• Allow display of the Rivalry Series inflatable football in the end zone area or a mutually agreeable location inside your stadium
• Allow in school activities (where requested) for partners and distribution of free Rivalry Series promotional items (hats, t-shirts, etc.) during games
• Full page Rivalry Series print ad (we provide) in your football program
• Display promotional posters throughout the school two weeks prior to game
• Allow Rivalry Series partners visibility through signage and an onsite booth area
• If your rivalry game is chosen to be broadcast in our ‘Game of the Week’, allow the Rivalry Series to stream and archive your game broadcast on the Great American Rivalry website at www.GreatAmericanRivalry.com.

To ensure your game is included in the 2023 nomination process, please sign the bottom of this agreement. Game selection will be considered on a first come, first serve basis. By signing this agreement, you are making a commitment to participate if your Rivalry, if selected.
