Bergen Catholic and St. Joseph Regional are historically two of the top football programs throughout the East Coast with future Division 1 college players in each program year after year. The rivalry between these two teams began in 1965, and has maintained intensity throughout the years, with Bergen Catholic leading the series record 32-18. Last year these teams finished #1 and #2 in the state of New Jersey and this year’s match up once again looks to be a deciding factor in the state title hopes for each team!
