It was the convergence of all things good when you think of the “Big Game”. It matched the #1 team in state rankings against the #2. It was a beautiful evening with over 34,000 fans in the stadium to see this annual match up.

Austin Smith

Austin is an offensive lineman on the varsity football team and is a member of the power lifting team, National Honor Society, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Austin was a 2009 power lifting champion. He is a three-year Shamrock Award recipient and won the Steve Bauer Memorial Scholarship in 2008. He plans to pursue a degree in agriculture. Ranked 31 in his class of 315, Geoff has a 4.51 GPA and is taking four A. P. classes along with honors Chinese 4. He is the president of the National Honor Society and is a member of the Drama Department, peer leaders, and Governor’s Scholars. Geoff is also a Boy Scout and is completing the requirements to become an Eagle Scout. He plans to attend the Air Force Academy. He is pictured with his parents, Christopher and Barbara.
