Pueblo Central dominated Pueblo Centennial in last Friday’s historic “Bell Game,” rolling to a 50–15 victory and extending their winning streak in the rivalry to seven straight wins against their rival Centennial. Central outscored Centennial in every quarter, with quarterback Chaz Brooks contributing 141 passing yards on 11 completions. The win marked Central’s first home victory of the season, improving their record to 2–3, while Centennial dropped to 1–4. Despite the loss, Centennial celebrated a milestone by scoring their first touchdown in the Bell Game in four years. Known as one of the oldest high school football rivalries in Colorado, the Bell Game once again showcased Central’s momentum, and now both teams look ahead to their next matchups.
