Brandon Valley shut out Harrisburg 24–0 on Friday night in a big Class 11AAA football game. Running back Levi Veskrna had a huge night, running for 192 yards and scoring three touchdowns. His teammate Ryder Mueller also ran for 166 yards, helping the Lynx control the game from start to finish. Both teams were missing their starting quarterbacks, but Brandon Valley didn’t miss a beat. They scored twice in the second quarter with long drives and added a field goal late to finish it off. Harrisburg couldn’t get anything going on offense, while Brandon Valley’s defense and running game took over. The Lynx stayed undefeated at 8–0, while Harrisburg dropped to 5–3.
