GAME SUMMARY

Two of the most competitive teams in Florida faced off on a very damp Fall night in Lakeland. The Kathleen Red Devils were able to strike early in the first quarter but were unable to convert the extra point. The Lakeland Dreadnaughts quickly struck back with a touchdown of their own. With the number 3 ranked running back in the nation, Demarkcus Bowman put on quite a show scoring a multiple times to extend Lakelands' lead. By halftime, the Dreadnaughts had amassed 51 points to Kathleen's 6 points. Due to inclement weather, the game was called off before the 3rd quarter began. With a final score of 51-6, the Lakeland Dreadnaughts under Coach Castle completed their 18th undefeated regular season.
