Rivalry Series Presents the Semper Fi Slam Jam Series in Kentucky

January 11, 2016

BrainBox Intelligent Marketing and the Great American Rivalry Series have partnered with the U.S. Marines to present the Semper Fi Slam Jam Series.  The series includes five games in Kentucky featuring some of the best teams in the state. The series will also include two live broadcasts.

During the series, the Marines will provide an opportunity for someone to win a Kindle Fire at each game.  The participant chosen will be able to shoot three shots from half court.  If any of them are made then he/she will be able to take home a Kindle Fire.

The winning team from each game will also be awarded a Winner’s Plaque.

Along the lines of the 12 year old Great American Rivalry Series football programs, Rivalry Series staff will be on hand at the basketball games to work with the Marines for the presentations and will be taking photographs, which will be available for viewing on the website.

What is the Great American Rivalry Series?

Each fall for over a century, high school football has been the centerpiece for families and communities on Friday night. In 2004, iHigh, Inc. created the Great American Rivalry Series to celebrate this uniquely American sport and the cultural phenomenon of “Friday Night in America.” The Series shines the spotlight on top high school football rivalries across the nation, where long-standing traditions are valued, expectations are sky high, and followers are committed.
