The Phillipsburg vs.Easton rivalry is one of the largest high school football rivalries in the country and by far one of the largest in both New jersey and Pennsylvania. The teams have been battling it out for over a century across state lines. This game brings in students and fans from communities all around on Thanksgiving day to witness yet another year of tradition and history. The rivalry still remains very intense. The immense number of fans fills up the entire Fisher Stadium, a college facility and welcomes the Rivalry series to be a part of their annual traditions.

The Rover and the Stateliners came together for their 109th match-up to date. This Thanksgiving rivalry game was delayed but fans packed the Fisher more than ever with around 17,000 fans attending. The game was a hard fought match between the two teams and the lead was held more than once by both teams. In the end Phillipsburg pulled it out with a win over the Easton Rovers with a 15 to 19 score in their favor.
