The Great American Rivalry Series is pleased to have partnered with ESPN Triad AM 1230/1320 and FM 104.9 and the Triad Sports Network for a LIVE AUDIO BROADCAST of the Page Pirates vs. the Grimsley Whirlies in a historic North Carolina rivalry.  This was the first ever meeting of these two teams at Page’s new home stadium. The broadcast play-by-play was provided by ESPNTriad’s Spencer Turkin and the Color Analysis was by former NFL Lineman Jeremy Phillips.  This is an archive of the broadcast and used by permission of ESPNTriad and the Triad Sports Network.
