Hahnville 35, Destrehan 14 (10/15/10)

Separated by the Mississippi River, these two entire communities come out to watch Hahnville and Destrehan battle it out on the gridiron.

Hahnville came out strong, scoring within the first minute of the game with an Ahmad White touchdown, giving them a 7-0 lead. After a trick play, White was again able to get into the end zone, expanding Hahnville’s lead to 14-0.

Destrehan eventually scored late in the 2nd quarter after Hahnville’s fourth touchdown, cutting the lead to 28-7. Even though Destrehan would score once more they never could recover, and Hahnville won the battle 35-14.
