Boyle Co. 43, Danville 6 (9/12/08)

September 13, 2008

This Rivalry game began in the 1960’s and is the bragging rights for the city of Danville. With over 20 State Championship titles between the two schools, the rivalry between the two schools has major impact in the community. This year was no different. Both schools came into the game undefeated and expected to win. Danville having won the last two rivalry games was pumped and ready. However, the home team, Boyle County, with first year coach Larry French, surprised the Danville Admirals with a huge 43-6 victory bringing the trophy back to the Rebels.
