Brett Williams

Brett Williams is one of the best athletes to come out of a long line of great student athletes from Osceola High School. Brett was a 1998 graduate. Brett was a 5 time state champion in track and field in the discus and shot put events. As impressive as that is, he was also ranked in the top 5 offensive lineman in football in the country by USA Today and and was a USA Today All American. During his 4 years playing varsity football at Osceola from 1995 to 1998, Brett and his Osceola teammates NEVER lost to Saint Cloud and made the state playoffs every year. Brett took his football talents to Florida State University and started his freshmen year in 1999. Brett did NOT allow one sack his freshmen year and Florida State won the national championship. After a successful career at FSU, Brett was drafted in the fourth round of the NFL draft by the Kansas City Chiefs. He played 3 years at Kansas City before his retirement from football. Brett is one of the all-time greats in the long standing Osceola/St.Cloud football rivalry and his accomplishments will never be forgotten by Osceola fans.
