2015 Scholar Athletes – Amir Cobbs & Josh Schlichting

Amir Cobbs, Woodland Hills

Along with being part of the football team, Amir is also part of the track team where is he runs the 4×100 meter relay. His team broke the school record this past spring. Amir’s future plans include either a four year college or a branch of the US Military.

Upper Saint Clair

Josh Schlichting, Upper St Clair

Josh is a 3 year letterman in Varsity Football and a 2 year letter winner for Track. Josh has volunteered time at homeless shelters during his time in high school. He is a current member of the USC German Club and the reigning champion of the school held spelling bee. He plans on attending Case Western, Carnegie Mellon or Duke University to study Computer Engineering.
