Tim was an All-State QB and DB in the late 70’s for Ben Davis. As a senior in 1977, Tim led the Giants to an undefeated regular season, including a come-from-behind 28-27 win over Warren Central. Tim went on to become an All-Big Ten DB at Indiana University, playing an integral part in IU’s 38-37 Holiday Bowl win over BYU. Tim is a member of the Indiana University Football Hall of Fame.

Jeff George

Hall of Fame Jeff George, Warren Central High School

Jeff was a 2-year starter at QB for Warren Central, serving as Co-Captain and earning Offensive MVP during his senior season. Jeff was the MVP and Scholar-Athlete Winner in the 2013 Great American Rivalry Series match-up with Ben Davis. He led Warren Central to a 2nd half comeback to win the 2013 6A State Championship. Jeff and his father, Jeff Sr., became the first father-son duo to lead the same high school to IHSAA football state championships. He graduated in the top 20 percent of his class, and currently attends the University of Illinois.
