2012 Scholar Athletes: Logan Winders and Colton Woody

From Maryville High School- Logan Winders

Logan is the son of Joey and Debbie Winders. Logan’s grandfather has had season tickets at Maryville High School since 1963. Logan has played basketball, baseball and football as a freshman and has lettered in both basketball and football. He has a 4.25 GPA and is a member of the National Honor Society and in the top 10% of his class. Logan plans to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and aspires to become a doctor of Sports Physical Therapy.

From Alcoa High School- Colton Woody

Colton is a four year letterman on the varsity football team and lettered three years in varsity baseball. Colton is a member of DECA and the National Honor Society. He plans to attend the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and enter the ROTC Air Force Program. After he graduates he plans to become a nurse anesthetist.
