2012 Scholar Athletes: Brandon King and Emmanuel Ivey

From Highland Springs High School- Brandon King:

Brandon is a 2-year letterman in football, a 3-year letterman in wrestling and placed all Regional. He is a member of the National Science Honor Society, the Interact Club, and debate team. Brandon plans to attend VLU and pursue a degree in biology/pre medication.

From Varina High School- Emmanuel Ivey:

Manny is a two-year letterman for the Blue Devils and has earned Honorable Mention All-District at Defensive Back as a Junior. He is most noted for his intense workouts and dedication to the Varina football program. And with his 3.5 GPA, Manny is being sought after to play football by many prestigious academic programs, such as Columbia and Virginia Military Institute to name a few.
