From Montgomery Bell Academy- Blake Sloan

Blake played in the 1997 nationally ranked Brentwood Academy Eagles when they came to Montgomery Bell riding a 34 game winning streak. With the score tied at 6-6 with under 4 minutes left, Montgomery Bell quarterback Blake Sloan scored a 33-yard touchdown run to seal the game and give the Big Red their first ever win over Brentwood Academy. Blake would go on to lead the Big Red to a runner-up finish in the TSSAA Championship Game.

From Brentwood Academy- Benji Walker

Benji was a 2-year stater/captain that led Brentwood Academy to an undefeated regular season in 1998 which included a 21-13 victory over Montgomery Bell and was awarded the Mr. Football trophy for Division II as a quarterback/defensive back. he signed a scholarship with Vanderbilt University where he was a 4-year letterman quarterback and completed both his undergraduate degree in economics and Masters in Busniess Administration. He currently lives in Nashville working in the financial services industry for UBS Private Wealth Management.
