2010 Scholar Athletes: Paul Taylor and Lamar Montgomery

Poly’s scholarship recipient is senior Paul Taylor, son of Paul E. Taylor Sr. and Dawn Taylor. Paul is a member of the National Honor Society and has been on the honor roll since 9th grade. He volunteers at his church and works with community youth groups. He is a two-year letterman in football and baseball.

City’s recipient is senior Lamar Montgomery, son of Mary and Dave Montgomery. Lamar has been a two-year varsity starter on offense and also started at center this season. He combines strength and quickness to be an explosive middle guard. Lamar would like to attend Penn State and study engineering.
