2010 Scholar Athletes: Nicholas Steven Corzo and Dustin Trahan

Hahnville’s scholarship winner is Nicholas Steven Corzo, son of Maggie and Louie Corzo. Nick is a two-year letterman on the varsity football team and a three-year letterman in wrestling. He is also a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, Beta Club, Student Council, Boys State, and more. He plans to pursue a degree in biology at Tulane University.

The winner from Destrehan is Dustin Trahan, a two-year letterman for Wildcats football. Dustin is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Destrehan Honors Society, and the LHSAA 5A Football All-Academic Team. The son of Blake and Francis Trahan, Dustin plans to major in psychology at University of New Orleans, Nicholls, or LSU.
