2009 Scholar-Athletes: Chad Prain and Michael C. Miller

Chad Prain is a Valdosta leader on and off the field. He maintains a 3.5 GPA while being a three-year starter on the football team. Chad is a leader in the community, representing VHS in many school and community activities. He is also a member of the Wildcat baseball team. With him are his parents Bill and Sala Love and Mark Prain.

Michael C. Miller is a three-year letterman for the Lowndes Vikings. He carries a 93.7 GPA and is a member of FCA, Class Cabinet, and the Beta Club. In addition to football, Michael is also a member of the basketball and track teams. After high school he plans on pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. He is escorted by his parents, Michael and Tina Miller.
