2009 Scholar-Athletes: Garrett Myers and Devan Munk

Skyline’s recipient is senior offensive and defensive lineman Garrett Myers, son of Travis and Pam Myers. Garrett is a 3-year letterman in football and wrestling for the Grizzlies and placed third in the Wrestling State Championships his junior year. He also maintains a 4.0 grade-point average.

Idaho Fall’s recipient is senior quarterback, punter and kicker – and last year’s Rivalry Series Most Valuable Player – Devan Munk. The son of Dr. Kris and Mordean Munk, Devan carries a 4.0 grade-point average and is ranked the fifth best punter in the nation by Ray Guy/ProKicker.com.
