2009 Scholar-Athletes: Tyler Lotz and Geno Porter

Tyler is a first year starter at offensive tackle for Summerville. He has a 4.23 GPA and is a member of the National Honor Society and Beta Club at Summerville. When he graduates, he wants to study medicine and be a physical therapist. His parents are James and Tracey Lotz.

Geno is a three year starter for Fort Dorchester at linebacker and is also a member of the wrestling and track/field teams. He is a member of the National Honor Society and has a 3.72 GPA. He wants to study engineering in college. Geno is the son of Herbert and Robin Porter.
