2009 Scholar-Athletes: Ryan Schlosser and Julian Vann

November 25, 2009

Brookwood’s scholarship winner is senior Ryan Schlosser, son of Jacob and Dana Schlosser. Ryan is a wide receiver and has a 92.5 grade-point average. After a junior season that was shortened by injury and surgery, Ryan fought for a starting job this year and established himself as a very important player. He has also distinguished himself as one of Brookwood’s best in the classroom.

Parkview’s winner is senior Julian Vann, a three-year starting corner with a 3.767 GPA. During his career, Julian has locked down every top receiver in our league. He is a leader for our team and has an offer to play at Mississippi State in the fall.
